The perfect Clarity Experience is a non-profit organization for Black high school students. Our mission is to unlock the potential of our city’s black youth and strengthen their communities through entrepreneurship. We believe this is the most direct way to strengthen black communities in the GTA.

Volunteer
Interested in getting involved in the Perfect Clarity Experience? By volunteering, you can help to inspire some of Toronto’s brightest and up and most promising talent, while playing a role in how they will eventually change the world around them. There are many ways to get involved please read below for more information
We always need more of the following
- Do you know how the business development process works?
If you have experience with taking an idea from (vision to action to scale) then there is a role for you! Those experienced with planning, marketing and product development are welcome as well
- Have you learned from your current or past work experience?
If you have learned from your previous or current employers then you have a role to play as this knowledge can be passed on to our youth who have yet to experience structured work environments.
- Are you interested in diversity equality and inclusion
Our students come from a multitude of backgrounds and we understand that exposure to people who do not always look like them or share their ethnicity is a crucial part of their development. With this exposure, our students will be better equipped to understand the importance of understanding our shared diverse Canadian culture.
